Tangible Products (T-shirts, Books, etc.):We accept returns of tangible products such as t-shirts and books within 7 days of receipt, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging and condition (no exceptions). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Coaching Sessions and Masterclasses:Coaching sessions and masterclasses are not eligible for refunds if you have already participated in a session. We believe in the value and quality of our coaching and masterclass sessions and stand by the content provided. However, if you have not participated in the session, refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the coaching session or masterclass. To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and the details of the session you wish to cancel.
